She successfully oversaw a national workforce of approximately 3,200 employees, supported by a skilled and motivated HR team under her leadership.

Her experience spans multiple industries, including automotive, banking, hospitality, IT, and engineering, giving her a broad and practical understanding of diverse business environments.
